Critical Minerals Investment Forum — Ottawa

Natural Resources Canada and Global Affairs Canada co-hosted a critical minerals investment forum connecting project proponents with institutional investors from the US, EU, Japan, and South Korea. Over $4 billion in letters of intent were signed. The forum highlighted both the opportunity and the infrastructure gaps — particularly in the Ring of Fire region of northern Ontario — that remain barriers to project development.
